All Sales are Final

1. Obtain a Bidder Certificate that all taxes are paid from the Smith Co. Tax Office; It’s good for 90 days.
2. Anyone may bid on the Tax Foreclosed properties by registering on this site https://Smith.texas.sheriffsaleauctions.com
   • At least five (5) business days before the auction.
3. All sales are subject to the right of redemption by the Owners, or any person having an interest therein, to redeem said property within the time and manner provided by law.
4. Payment is due by 4:00 PM CT the day of the sale. The Winning bidder’s deposit will be applied first.
5. A tax sale deed or a tax resale deed to the property will be processed within 90 days, it may take longer during Holidays.
